All testing conducted at community testing sites are PCR tests using nasal swabs. The test will be conducted via nasal swab. The technician will insert a cotton nasal swab approximately one inch into each nostril and will swab the inside of each nostril for approximately 10 seconds. It won’t hurt, but may be uncomfortable.
