Crestron Schedule Panel – Panel Setup (see Cloud Team for Azure/Entra Setup steps)
    TSS-770 Panels

    Pre Check:

    1.  Will this Panel/resource be County Controlled, CCAP Controlled, or DA Controlled?

    2. Will the conference room be a full “Teams Pro” room, or will the room just have the schedule panel available (resource account), without any other “Teams” features?

Initial Configuration for a Microsoft 365 (resource) setup:

    1. If the panel has not been previously set up or logged in to, you will be prompted to change the Admin password after logging in with ID: Admin, PW: Admin.  If you want CTI to be able to support these panels, use their default CTIr0cks! password.  Otherwise, set the password to your specifications and document the new password to be able to make future changes/updates to the panel(s).

    2. Once logged in, document the device’s IP address.  Once the application mode is changed, the IP address will no longer be visible on the panel.

    3. Application Mode: unless the conference room is a true “Teams” room, you will need to navigate to Settings -> Applications -> and set Application Mode to Crestron Default.

    4. Save changes and Reboot.

    5. After rebooting, log back in and go to Settings -> Schedule -> set Schedule Source to Microsoft 365, then enter the provided:

      Exchange Calendar Email Address
      Application (client) ID: 6bd70a27-21f4-4123-a8b5-f4b916e1e9bd
      Directory (tenant) ID: e73e7aac-bf23-4753-b33d-f405529c3fb6
Client Secret Value: This value will change per room resource object

Leave Environment set to Commercial, and select Save Changes.  The Client Secret Value field will clear out each time the settings are saved:

    6. Save changes and go check the physical panel to see if it shows the free/busy calendar and lets you add “walk up" meetings at the device.
