- Open the Adaxes Self-Service Portal.
- If prompted, log in with your Waukesha County username and password.
- If you have not previously enrolled, you should be prompted to enroll. Click on Enroll Now.
If you are not prompted to enroll, click on your name in the upper right corner, then click on Enroll for Password Self-Service.
- Answer each of the required security questions by choosing a question from the list, providing an answer, then clicking Next. Click Finish when you reach the final question.
- You will receive confirmation of success upon finishing the enrollment process. Click on OK.
